As the president of Arnone Consulting, Inc., Gregory L. Arnone brings to The Village his 23 years’ experience in conceiving, planning and strategically implementing the development of a wide range of large scale residential, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties.
Prior to conceiving The Village’s trend-setting development plans, Arnone served as director of land procurement and development for Victor Posner Enterprises which is developing Polk County’s Posner Park and the luxury estate home community of Windmill Reserve at Weston (Florida).
Posner Park is a $500 million mixed-use development on the former Baseball City site at Interstate 4 and U.S. Highway 27 in Polk County. He was responsible for all land acquisition, development, and asset management, as well as conceptualizing and managing comprehensive business and marketing plans and development strategies. He continues to serve as a consultant to Posner Park, which is considered by many Polk County officials to be the "new frontier" in Central Florida.
Windmill Reserve, located in the Ft. Lauderdale suburb of Weston, Florida, is a gated, 239-acre enclave of 94 custom and estate homes priced from $1.3 million to more than $7 million. In addition to serving as head of land planning, land development and construction. He oversaw all marketing activities and his proven skills and abilities were instrumental in the conceptualization and creation of this residential landmark.
Arnone's credentials also include serving as Vice President of Landmark Building and Design, Fort Lauderdale, FL, a luxury and semi-custom home builder where his marketing and sales management programs increased sales by over 300 percent in 20 months; President of Arnone Building and Design, Coral Springs, FL, which generated in excess of $15 million residential, remodeling and commercial projects; Director of Construction for Robelen and Associates, Weston, FL, where he was responsible for the startup of the company's Weston Division of luxury estate homes and for managing construction and staff operations; and Project Manager for Merle Smith Luxury Homes, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Arnone is a certified general contractor in the State of Florida, a licensed real estate sales associate, and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida's School of Building Construction and Planning.
