Windmill Reserve, located in the western Ft. Lauderdale suburb of Weston, Florida, Windmill Reserve is a gated, 239-acre residential enclave of just 94 custom and estate homes priced from $1.4 million to more than $7 million. In addition to serving as head of construction, land planning, and land development, Gregory L. Arnone oversaw all marketing activities and his proven skills and abilities were instrumental in the conceptualization and creation of this “last of a kind” residential landmark.

Posner Park is a $500 million mixed-use development on the former Baseball City site at Interstate 4 and U.S. Highway 27 in Polk County. Gregory Arnone was responsible for all land acquisition, development, and asset management, as well as conceptualizing and managing comprehensive business and marketing plans and development strategies. He continues to serve as a consultant to Posner Park, which is considered by many Polk County officials to be the "new frontier" in Central Florida.
